Baked Spaghetti
This is a GREAT dish for left-over spaghetti or for a little change. It’s very easy and extremely yummy!
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound of spaghetti noodles
- Spaghetti Sauce
- Small container of either cottage cheese or ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- Mozarella Cheese
- Parmesan Cheese
- Oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
Mix Cottage/Ricotta Cheese with egg, Mozarella Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, Oregano, salt and pepper (add spices you enjoy).
Place spaghetti noodles in the bottom of a dish/bowl. Cover the noodles with your Cheese Mixture and then with your Spaghetti Sauce. Sprinkle the spaghetti sauce with extra Mozarella Cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Serve Baked Spaghetti With
Serve with a Fresh Salad and French or Italian Bread – it is truly wonderful!

Yumo, love this combination of ingredients, it sounds like the lasagne that we make but would be quicker because of the type of pasta – will have to keep it in mind
