How To Homeschool My Child is Sponsoring me to 2to1 Conference

If you have read my blog for very long (or even a short time) you may have picked up on the fact that I homeschool and I view my blog as a ministry and a business.

Yes, both a ministry and a business.  While the main purpose of my goal is to encourage others, I do work with companies to share their resources or ministries.  There are several companies I work with for free.  These are companies and corporations who support various functions to help share God’s Word across the globe and may also provide resources for families (home products, homeschool products, etc).  And there are other companies and affiliate programs that provide me with payment to help them.

Blogging is not free – there are expenses associated with maintaining a website – and it takes time.  That means, I must be a good steward with my time and the money I receive to help others.

Because I homeschool, I am able to have a very flexible schedule and I have more opportunities to work with companies other moms who blog do not have access to. How To Homeschool My Child

Over the past year,  I have found that it is very important to meet others who can mentor and teach me about blogging and writing.  These mentors are vital in helping me grow my knowledge and use my time – well – without wasting it and missing out on time with my family.

So, I am excited to announce that thanks to two sponsors, I will be attending the 2 To 1 Conference in April.  The first sponsor I want to introduce you to is Kerry Beck from How To Homeschool My Child

I met Kerry last year online and instantly fell in love with her new website:  How To Homeschool My Child.  Her style of homeschooling fit us to a T – with the way she loves teaching writing with IEW and grows her children’s knowledge through Living Books
I have been blessed to review several products for Kerry:

I have also enjoyed spending time talking with Kerry and getting to know her. It is a blessing to have a person in my life who has walked the path I am on and is interested in helping others succeed in their homeschool and their business.

I look forward to growing this relationship with Kerry and sharing more information with you about Kerry.

Would you please do me a favor and drop by How To Homeschool My Child and say Hello to Kerry?  It would mean a lot to me and I know you will be blessed by it.

You can find Kerry at:

Thanks!
