Me, I love coffee and I’m working hard to give it up – or at least get my addiction under control.  So, yes, I had to pick this amazing post for Homemade Amaretto Coffee Creamer.

 Why Ultimate Moms?

This Mom thing – I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again.  It’s hard.  The 50′s gave Moms an idea we could vacuum in our pretty dresses and have a fabulously perfect meal on the table at 5:01 in time for the Mr to walk in the door after a day at the office.  Then, we began infiltrating the work force.  Now, some of us are coming back home.  Most of us have discovered, being an at home Mom, a Mom who works out of the home, and a Mom who runs a business in the home – it’s hard. Each path has it’s ways of bringing us to our knees.  We need good, true and authentic community. We need a community that accepts our bad days and our good days.  We all have something we wish we could do better. Not one of us is better than the other, but we each have beautiful gifts to share.

So, that’s why Ultimate Moms was born.  It was born out of love, hurt, tears and laughter.  I don’t say that lightly.  One thing I’ve learned through all of those emotions, this life is way too short to walk it alone or holding grudges.

Join us – put on that super Mom Robe (even if it’s big, pink and fluffy like I”m wearing) or a green towel like the child in the photo (which my little girl just told me I needed to put a shirt on him – sigh….I just can’t please everyone)….
